In the past Wales was criticized for it’s lack of decent restaurants and eating places. Not anymore. Finding truly exceptional food has become a lot easier.

There are some excellent restaurants here in Wales and they're spread out all over the country, all the way from Bodysgallen Hall in Conwy, in the north, to Y Bistro, near Snowdon.
