In the past Wales was criticized for it’s lack of decent restaurants and eating places. Not anymore. Finding truly exceptional food has become a lot easier. There are some excellent restaurants here in Wales and they're spread out all over the country, all the way from Bodysgallen Hall in Conwy, in the north, to Y Bistro, near Snowdon. Most rely on the abundance of fantastic locally grown produce to create their dishes. Notable Welsh restaurants include: The Tyddyn Llan, Eglwysfach, Carlton House and Wynnstay restaurant.
Apart from the traditional local restaurants you’ll also find Italian restaurants, Chinese restaurants, French restaurants - every kind imaginable. |
